Chelsea Party Loft is located in the Chelsea Village Plaza shopping center, at the corner of Old U.S. Hwy. 12 and Main St. (M-52) in Chelsea, Michigan. Our address is 1115 S. Main St. We share an entrance with Subway, Nogginz Hair Salon and the Michigan Secretary of State.
Our standard party package includes up to 30 guests. If you need to bring more, we can accommodate extra guests (up to 50 total) for an additional charge of $10 each. If you need to add guests at the last minute, don’t worry, we will work it out on the day of your event.
Everything you need to have a great party will be set up and ready upon your arrival, including tables, chairs, linens, utensils, glassware, a sound system and disco-style lighting. We also provide non-alcoholic beverages (water and lemonade). In addition, we offer a professional 360° Video Booth, greenery wall and Audio Guest Book for guests to enjoy at no additional charge.
No, we provide a carefully curated playlist that blends today’s pop hits, wedding favorites, Motown, disco classics and more. However, guests are free to supply their own music via phone, CD, public playlist or other method.
No. Unlike the “party room” in a bowling alley, movie theater or museum, your guests will enjoy exclusive use of our entire venue for a true VIP experience in a safe and secure environment.
Yes, we are available for classes, workshops, meetings and community events. Our flexible space can seat up to 50 guests. Please call us to create a unique event that suits your needs.
Our clients have complete freedom when it comes to food. You are welcome to bring your own, hire a caterer, or have food delivered to our door. Thanks to our partnership with the locally owned Cottage Inn, we can even place a pizza order for you. (Regular menu price will be added to your bill.)
Of course! Signs and banners may be hung with painter's tape or 3M Command Hooks. We ask that you kindly refrain from glitter and silly string.
We do not allow alcohol, drugs, smoking or vaping in or around the venue. Let’s have fun without it.
We understand that circumstances can change. You may cancel your event up to 14 days in advance for a full refund. If you need to cancel with less than 14 days’ notice we will hold your deposit and happily apply it toward a future event. In the case of sudden severe weather or other circumstance beyond our control (i.e., blizzard or power failure) we will provide a full refund or reschedule your event at no additional charge, whichever you prefer.
We are committed to sustainability by using washable utensils and linens to minimize landfill waste and contribute to a cleaner planet for future generations. Additionally, we prioritize purchasing pre-owned furniture and equipment from local businesses, further reducing our environmental footprint.
