At Chelsea Party Loft, you have two great options to make your event a success: Simple Hourly Pricing or new all-in-one Party Packages. 

Host up to 50 guests in our private 1,400-square-foot venue. Whether it’s a milestone birthday, a graduation, or a corporate retreat, our flat-rate pricing makes budget approval effortless.

Monday – Thursday: $99/hour

Friday & Sunday: $149/hour

Saturday: $199/hour

(Please note: A $50 cleaning fee will be applied to all rentals.)

• Furniture & Essentials: Tables, chairs, and linens for up to 40 seated guests (accommodates 50 total).
• Pro-Grade Entertainment: A professional sound system and microphone, DJ-style lighting, and our signature 24" illuminated disco ball.
• Interactive Tech: Unlimited use of our 360° Video Booth with props, a greenery photo wall, an audio guestbook with take-home recordings, and a dedicated TV for your slideshows.
• Full Amenities: Access to our private VIP lounge, food prep area, high-speed Wi-Fi, and ample free parking.
• On-Site Support: A dedicated host and planning assistance are included with every booking to ensure your event runs flawlessly.

Unlike most event spaces in the area, we allow you to bring outside food and drinks, including alcohol. You can bring your own food, hire a caterer, or have food delivered to our door, with no additional charges. Whether your goal is to keep things budget-friendly, design a highly customized banquet, or accommodate specific dietary and religious needs, we believe you should have the freedom to choose what’s right for your guests—without being locked into a single vendor list.

In addition to our hourly rates, we offer Premium Party Packages designed to make hosting effortless. Our all-inclusive options include all the amenities above, plus pizza and soft drinks. For an even sweeter experience, your guests can step into a candy-filled wonderland with our new Pure Imagination package. Inspired by the world of Willy Wonka, this colorful experience features immersive decor, interactive games like a Golden Ticket hunt, and a tabletop candy bar.
