Booking your party is easy as 1-2-3!

1. Reserve Your Date

 Call (734) 596-2022 or email us to check availability. 

2. Leave A Deposit

Once you have selected a package, date and time A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation; this will be applied toward your total balance. You can pay online here. 

3. Finalize

You will receive an invoice and a contract via email. Simply sign and return your contract within 7 days. Your balance is due 24 hours before your event.

Early access depends on your package: Silver & Gold = 30 minutes early; Platinum = 60 minutes early.  

Absolutely! You are encouraged to customize the loft. You may hang banners using painter’s tape or 3M Command Hooks. Please note: to protect our space, we do not allow glitter, confetti, silly string, or confetti-filled balloons.

Yes! Outside food, drinks, cake, and cupcakes are always welcome at Chelsea Party Loft to help bring your specific party vision to life. While we do offer delicious pizza and other catering options for your convenience, you are free to bring your own favorites.  

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions. We can substitute one large cheese pizza for a personal gluten-free pizza or make other arrangements to accommodate your guests.

Yes! You can add additional children to any package for $10 per child. The Best Part: Parents and guardians are always free at Chelsea Party Loft! We only count the children toward your guest limit, so feel free to invite the grownups to stay and enjoy the celebration.

All deposits are non-refundable. 


Cancelling With 30+ Days' Notice: Your deposit will be held as a credit for a future date (subject to availability).


Cancelling With Less Than 30 Days' Notice: Cancellations are not eligible for a refund or credit transfer.
